3.3 Record Night Greeting
1. From 101 press VMsg key
2. When in mailbox dial 72 to access System Administration.
3. Press [Instr] softkey, when prompted for box number enter 002.
4. Press [Rec] softkey and record Night Main Greeting.
5. Press [Done] to end recording.
6. When finished hang up.
3.4 Record Weekend Greeting
1. From 101 press VMsg key
2. When in mailbox dial 72 to access System Administration.
3. Press [Instr] softkey, when prompted for box number enter 003.
4. Press [Rec] softkey and record Weekend Main Greeting.
5. Press [Done] to end recording.
6. When finished hang up.
4.0 ACD Delay Announcements
The In-Mail can support up to two Automatic Call Distribution Delay Announcements. Group mailboxes are used
to redirect to a Routing Mailbox that contains the ACD Delay Announcements Two ACD Delay Announcements
can be assigned. The settings below assume ACD is already setup and working in the system.
41-19-02 Group Mailbox for 1st Announcement Message
Set the first delay announcement group mailbox ID. This must be an unused extension number that
is valid in the systems number plan. For this example use 201.
