5. Clearing the Communication Link
To clear the communication link between PCPro and the Telephony Server, follow these steps:
STEP 1: On the Main Menu, click [System] > [Disconnect] in this order. or, click the [Disconnect] icon on the
toolbar.
Note: When the [Disconnect] icon is clicked, a message is displayed to ask you if it is OK to disconnect from the
system.
The commands being executed will exit automatically. Also, If alarms and traffic data are being collect-
ed, it will stop. However, in the following cases, they will not exit automatically.
[Command without a Menu Bar]
• While the communication link with the system is being established.
• While displaying a dialog such as error messages.
[Command with a Menu Bar]
• They will not exit automatically.
Note: If these process cannot be executed normally, the communication link will not be cleared.
