Easy-Q system
The Easy-Q is a simple queue management system that uses preprinted tickets to fill the most basic
of queuing needs. The system is comprised of three main components, including: the NQ Receiver,
the TCD main display and the wireless NQ Remote controls.
The display is set to correspond with the next number in the roll of preprinted tickets. This number
can quickly be changed using the remote control. Using the next button you call customers, making
the main display buzz and flash the number. If you call too many numbers you can simply back-track
the numbers using the remote control. Back-tracking numbers will not make the display neither buzz
nor flash numbers. The Easy-Q system can easily be upgraded to use workstation indicators that flash
the called ticket number together with a voice speaker that announces what workstation to
approach.
