NEOFOLD 920/HS / 1250/HS is an automatic folding machine, with high productivity
levels, which makes it the ideal solution for drawing reproduction centers and technical
offices.
Its sturdy structure, designed and created with a modern and pleasant design is a
guarantee of its reliability in time.
An essential quality is the possibility to fold drawings with free format for any available
length and with formats compliant with DIN 824 standards.
The width of the fold can be 190 mm or 210 mm, with margins that can be adjusted
through keyboard, whereas the transversal fold is 297 mm and 305 mm long.
The folded drawing can be ejected from the front or back with two practical and versatile
baskets. The ejection direction can be selected through relevant key.
The control keyboard has a 2-digit display to show the selected format and the message
and error codes when folding operations or the machine have problems.
The folding machine is very easy to use: first choose the type of fold and the desired
format using the keyboard (see page 7), then position the left margin of the sheet lining it
up with the feeding guide, bringing it forward until it is captured by the rollers of the
machine, folded and then ejected.
Very long copies, over 22 folds, shall be ejected only from the back. Furthermore,
after 12 folds, the folding speed slows down to half of the standard operating
speed.
This operating manual contains all the operations to perform from the transportation of to
the use of the folding machine. Therefore, read it carefully before carrying out any
operation.
