Qualifications of the operator 6.1
The machine must be used by qualified personnel only.
Place of work 6.1.1
Position of the operator: during the start up and folding operations in front of the machine
with the control panel on the left. During maintenance operations the position depends on
the specific operation that needs to be carried out.
Switching the machine on and off 6.1.2
The main switch is on the back right side of the NEOFOLD HS. After pressing the main
switch the folding machine is set to the function "Free folding width 210 mm without
adjustment”. Set the main switch to “0” to switch the machine off.
Feeding the sheets to fold 6.1.3
To create the label containing the drawing information on the first fold, feed the sheet with
the table at the input of the feeding table with the table facing downwards (also for
crossfold).
Feed the sheet to fold or use the keyboard to set the desired format if it does not match
with the pre-set one shown at machine start-up.
To start the process, follow this procedure:
 Use the keyboard (Fig. 6.1) to select the desired fold format (see Operator Interface
Chap. 4).

with label facing downwards (Fig.
