INSTALLATION
NEOFOLD HS

Before starting up the machine, remove the clamp that blocks the conveyors because
they could get damaged during transport. The clamp must be cut in a specific point,
indicated by the black strip on the clamp (Fig. 5.17), positioned inside the machine.
To access the area of cut to unscrew the four grapevines (two superior and two back)
that stop the back superior plate, and to remove her (Fig. 5.18).
Remove the screws that fix the lower back sheet and fold it over (Fig. 5.19).
Use scissors to cut the clamp on the black strip (on the clamp itself) (Fig. 5.21).
Remove the warning sheet (Fig. 5.20 – 5.22) .
Fix the lower back sheet and the upper back sheet onto the machine again (Fig. 5.19 –
5.18).
NOTE: No other adjustments are necessary because the machine is factory tested.
Press the ON switch and the switch for the output direction of the folded sheet to prepare
the NEOFOLD 920/HS 1250/HS for use.
ATTENTION: If you hear vibrations or unusual noises, immediately switch off the machine
and seek the reason for this.
