View / block connected users
Note: Whenever you block or unlock users, the hotspot resets to activate the new settings. Any
devices connected to the hotspot will be disconnected when the hotspot resets.
To view a list of devices connected to your mobile hotspot and block undesired users:
On the LCD touchscreen:
To view connected devices:
1. From the home screen, tap Wi-Fi > Devices. A list of devices connected to the
Main Wi-Fi and Guest Wi-Fi networks appears.
If you notice a Wi-Fi device that you do not recognize, you can block that device from
connecting to your Wi-Fi network.
To block a device:
1. Tap the device name. The device details appear.
2. Tap Block Device.
