3-8 Setup
If you need to use the Add Printer button
because your printer is not on the list
displayed in the Select Printer screen, follow
these steps.
a. Click Add Printer to open the Windows
printer driver selection screen.
Note: The Windows dialog screens
presented in this procedure are for
Windows XP. The dialog screens for
other versions of Windows may vary but
are essentially the same.
Browse the list to find the Manufacturer.
Click the Manufacturer to display the list
of printere. In this example, the
Manufacturer is HP.
b. Click the printer model to select it from
the list. In this example it is the HP
LaserJet 1200 Series PCL printer model.
Select Printer Screen
Select the Manufacturer, then the printer from the list
