Troubleshooting
This chapter gives information about troubleshooting your NETGEAR PS121 Mini Print Server.
After each problem description, instructions are provided to help you diagnose and solve the
problem. For the common problems listed, go to the section indicated.
• Is the mini print server on and is the Status light lit?

• Have I connected the mini print server correctly?

• I can’t access the mini print server from my computer.

Basic Functioning

The mini print server has no power
• Make sure the power cord is connected to the mini print server.
