Troubleshooting
This chapter gives information about troubleshooting your NETGEAR PS121 Mini Print Server.
After each problem description, instructions are provided to help you diagnose and solve the
problem. For the common problems listed, go to the section indicated.
Is the mini print server on and is the Status light lit?
Go to “Basic Functioning” on page 4-1.
Have I connected the mini print server correctly?
Go to “Printing Errors” on page 4-2.
I can’t access the mini print server from my computer.
Go to “Troubleshooting the TCP/IP Settings Using Ping” on page 4-3
I can’t remember the mini print server’s configuration password, or I want to clear the
configuration and start over again.
