Description Sets/Reports the step size for the current for LIV measurements.
Parameters 0 – 1 – Step size in Amps

Example LIV:STEPLDI 0.1; Sets the step size between current measurements for LIV to 0.1A.

LIV:STEPTIME?
Description Sets/Reports the step time between LIV measurements.
Parameters 0.010 – 100.0 – Step time in seconds.
Reset Value 0.10
Example LIV:STEPTIME 0.1; Sets the time between LIV measurements to 100ms.
LIV:POINTS? LAS
Description Reports the number of points in an LIV measurement.
LIV:BEGIN LAS
Description Starts the LIV sampling process.
LIV:INPROGRESS? LAS
Description Reports if LIV measurements are in progress.
Notes Returns 1 if LIV is in progress; 0 if there is no LIV in progress.
LIV:READCOUNT <nrf> LAS
LIV:READCOUNT?
Description Sets/reports the number of data points to return from the LIV:DATA? command.
Parameters 1 – 10
Reset Value 1
Example LIV:READCOUNT 10; Sets the number of data points to return to 10.
LIV:DATA? <nrf> LAS
Description Reports stored LIV data. Starting point must be specified.
Notes This command will output LIV:READCOUNT points, starting at the value specified for LIV:DATA? <nrf>.
Example LIV:DATA? 5; (Assuming LIV:READCOUNT 10, 15 total points)
