Occurs after Receiver Update or
Individual User Update.
Line 1: ID: xxxx yyyy, where xxxx
corresponds to the user ID and
yyyy to the Channels (1 to 4) that
conrmed the received data.
Line 2: Sending progress, where
USER corresponds to user data,
FP1 to Digital 1 and FP2 to Digital 2
(if available).
