Troubleshooting
Please refer to the symptoms and solutions listed as below before sending the projector for repair. If
the problem still exists, please contact local distributor or service center. Besides, please refer to
"LED indicator messages".
Starting problems
If none of the indicators is on:
Ensure that one end of power wire is connected with the projector firmly, and the other end is
inserted into live power socket.
Press power button again.
Pull out power wire and wait for a while, and then re-insert power wire and press power button.
Image problems
In case of display of searching for signal source:
Press Source on remote controller to select a valid input source.
Ensure that external signal source has been connected and power supply has been connected.
For connection with computer, please ensure that external video port of the laptop has been
enabled. Refer to computer manual. In case of inaccurate image focusing:
Adjust focusing ring in case of display of screen menu. (Image size will not be changed; if
image size is changed, zooming rather than focusing is adjusted.)
Check whether projection lens needs to be cleaned. In case of blinking or unstable image in
connection with computer:
Press Menu on remote controller to enter computer image, and then adjust frequency or phase position.
Problems of remote controller
If remote controller is out of service:
Ensure that remote control receiver in the front of the projector is not blocked. Use remote
controller in effective range.
Point remote controller to the front of the screen or the projector.
Move remote controller to keep remote controller directly in front of the projector rather than
far away from the side of the projector.
