Slider-type analyzer for first-order red
compensation
Using the C-AS Analyzer Slider for First-order Red
Compensation instead of an analyzer tube for
first-order red compensation can keep the eye
point from rising. To use the C-AS Analyzer Slider
for First-order Red Compensation, insert it into the
analyzer slot of the nosepiece. Use the analyzer
slider as follows:
Push in: The analyzer goes into the optical path.
Pull out: The analyzer is removed from and the
dummy hole goes into the optical path
(empty).
