Focus area can be locked using the
lock function. To lock the focus area,
select desired focus area, then press the focus area selec-
tor to any position while pressing the — button. x
appears above the focus area indication in top LCD panel.
To release the lock, press the focus area selector while
pressing the — button again so x above the focus
area indication disappears from top LCD panel.
