Mode
The maximum number
of
shots
that
can
be
taken
in
a single burst var-
ies
with
the release mode. At frame rates
of
30
and 60 fps, the maxi-
mum number
of
shots
that
can
be taken in a
single
burst
is
20.
The built-in
flash
can
be used when
5 fps
is
selected,
but
only one pic-
ture
will
be taken each
time
the shutter-release
button
is
pressed; at
settings
of
15,
30,
and
60
fps, the built-in
flash will
not
fire.
While photographs are being recorded
to
the memory card, the mem-
ory card
access
lamp
will light.
Depending on shooting conditions and
memory card write speed, recording may take some time.
If
the battery
is
exhausted before all
photographs
are
recorded,
the
shutter release
will
be disabled and the remaining images transferred
to
the memory
card.
Continuous shooting
is
not
available in creative modes other than
P,
S,
A,
or
M,
in best
moment
capture, advanced movie, or Motion Snapshot
mode, or when
live
image control
is
used in auto mode
