1) Vertical Angle
<1> Vertical 0° Angle Orientation
The orientation of the vertical 0° reference angle can be set in the
initial setting mode for either Zenith 0°, Horizontal 0°, or compass
scale. (Refer to Chapter III, “INITIAL SETTING” for the setting
procedure.)
* The factory setting is Zenith 0°.
<2> Angle Unit Selection
Either of three units of angle measure, DEG, GON, or MIL can be
selected in the initial setting mode.
GON unit measurement is
indicated by the display of “G” to
the right of the measurement
value display.
MIL unit measurement is
indicated by the display of “MIL”
to the right of the measurement
value display.
