If external heating element for frost protection is selected under Compact P:

T8 outdoor temperature sensor Settings:

If installing an external pre-heating element, the T8
temperature sensor must be installed if the following
is required:
- Running low ventilation in connection with low
outdoor air temperature
- Running weather compensation using GEO
- Seeing the correct outdoor temperature on the
display
Or installation of a T8 outdoor temperature sensor can
be omitted.
If the EHD solution with energy hose is selected:
Frost protection

EHD Offset (°C) Settings:

Offset for temperature regulation by EHD.

The EHD damper switches between geothermal tube
and roof stack. Once the choice has been made, it is
maintained for the retention time.
EHD stabilisation (min) Settings:

When the control system has to choose between
geothermal tube and roof stack, the temperature is
measured via both solutions. In order to arrive at the
correct temperature, this needs to run for a certain
period of time. The control system then selects the
more optimal solution.
