6 Press Detail and then or to see the name in full
length and the phone number associated with the name.
By scrolling when the display is clear
1 Press or .
2 Key in the first character of the name.
3 Press or until the name appears.
4 Press Detail and then or to see the name in full
length and the phone number associated with the name.
Deleting a name and a phone
number (Erase)
You can remove names and phone numbers from the Phone Book
one by one or all at once.
One by one
1 Recall the name and phone number that you want to remove.
2 Once you are in the Details of the given name or phone number:
•Press Options.
• Scroll with or to Erase and press Select.
•Press OK to confirm or Back to cancel the operation.
Alternatively: With the display clear, press Names. Scroll to
Erase and press Select. Scroll to One by one and press
Select. Recall the desired name and/or phone number from
Phone Book and press Erase. Press OK to confirm.
All at once
1 With the display clear, press Names.
2 Scroll with or to Erase and press Select.
3 Scroll to Erase all and press Select.
4 Scroll to the Phone Book to be cleared and press Select.
