3 Profiles (Menu 3)
Within this menu you can set the phone tones
and lights to function in the desired manner in
different operating environments.
All you need to do is select the desired user environment (profile).
The phone comes with a pre-programmed set of profiles. You can
rename the profiles and change the corresponding settings to suit
your requirements.
When the phone is in the standby mode, the name of the currently
selected profile is shown (except when “General” is selected).
Accessing the profiles
You can set the desired profile on either within this menu or, when
the display is clear, as follows:
1 Press quickly.
2 Scroll with or to the desired profile (e.g. Meeting). Or:
Press quickly as many times as necessary.
Switch off! turns off the phone.
3 Press OK (or press and hold ) to select the profile.
Changing profile settings (such as
incoming call alert)
1 Press Menu, scroll with or to Profiles, and
press Select.
2 Scroll to the desired profile with or .
General is the default setting.
3 Press Options for the following functions. Scroll to the
desired function and press OK.
