For all FP4 hardware assemblies, the functionality levels limit the number of 
hardware egress queues and egress policers. These further limit the number of 
services that can be used on the assembly. There are currently three functional 
levels defined and they are constrained by the queues and policers as shown in 
Table 4. The term “complex” refers to all ports related to a single P/Q chip pair. The 
total capacity for a four-complex XMA would be four times the values shown.
