Is the motor excessively
hot?

Is the electrical harness
that exits the motor junction
box connected to the
receptacle underneath the
melter?
Allow the motor to cool and
then automatically start
once its internal thermostat
resets.

Does swapping the main
board with a known good
board correct the problem?
Connect the harness.
Stop.
Replace the motor.
Refer to Section 7, Parts.

main board illuminated?
Replace fuses F11 and
F12.
