Residual Risks
In the design of the unit, every measure was taken to protect personnel
from potential danger. However, some residual risks can not be avoided.
Personnel should be aware of the following:
S Risk of burns! The application head is hot.
S Risk of burns! The hot melt adhesive that comes out of the nozzle is hot.
S Risk of burns when connecting and disconnecting heated hoses.
S Risk of burns when conducting maintenance and repair work for which
the application head must be heated up.
S Inhalation of potentially hazardous hot melt adhesive vapors.
Note on Manual
S The position numbers in the illustrations do not correspond to the
position numbers in the technical drawings and parts lists.
S The illustrations show only the essential components of the application
head. All other components and details can be found in the included
technical drawings (Refer to Parts List).
