Daily Operations

Turn on the power.
The POWER switch turns on. Power to the processor is
on.

Scan the temperatures
of each zone.
The MONITOR/SCAN
indicator turns on and stays

heated zone and displays
each zone’s temperature.
Monitor the temperature
of a zone.
The MONITOR/SCAN
indicator stays on.
The system displays the
temperature of only the
zone currently selected.
Place the system in
standby.
The STANDBY indicator turns
on.
Heating zones hold at
your preset standby
temperatures.
Take the system out of
standby.
The STANDBY indicator turns
off.
Heating zones return to
your operating setpoint
temperatures.
Turn on the heaters. The HEATERS indicator turns
on.
The tank, hoses, and
guns are heated.
Turn off the heaters. The HEATERS indicator turns
off.
No heat is applied to
system components.

The CLOCK indicator turns

Turn on the pump. The PUMP indicator turns on. The pump draws melted
material through the
system.
Turn off the pump. The PUMP indicator turns off. The pump stops drawing
melted material through
the system.
Determine whether a
fault was corrected.
All indicators turn on while
the system begins a
five-second test. At the end
of the test, the FAULT
indicator turns off.
The fault was corrected.
All indicators turn on while
