Periodical Maintenance Checks
Refer to the check sheet below and perform periodical maintenance checks every three months. Contact your Authorized NSK Dealer if any
abnormalities are found.
Points to Check Details
Ultrasonic Handpiece
Operate the Ultrasonic Handpiece to confirm there is no abnormal vibration, noise, heat, etc.
Also check that the LED lights and water flows.
Chamber Cap Check that there are no large/deep scratches.
Powder Spray
After filling the powder chamber, spray powder into a spittoon, etc., and confirm that powder is
not leaking from connections other than the Nozzle Tip connection.
Water Spray
After filling the powder chamber, spray powder into a spittoon, etc., and confirm that water is
not leaking from connections other than the Nozzle Tip connection.
Chamber Check that there are no large/deep scratches.
Attaching/removing the Handpiece, Handpiece
Hose, Irrigation Bottle and Chamber
Check that they can be attached and removed smoothly. If they are too loose or too tight, the
O-rings may be damaged or deteriorated. Replace O-rings. (Refer to "10 Care and
Maintenance.")

Error Code
“Error” and an Error Code are displayed on the LCD Panel of the Control Unit if this product stops operating due to malfunction, excessive
pressure, disconnection, or incorrect operation. Depress the Foot Control button D to perform the error check again. If the problem is not
detected, the error status is released and this product become operable. If the Error Code is still displayed, refer to the table below and take the
necessary steps to resolve the problem.
Error Code Description of Error Check/Remedy
0 System Error Turn on the Control Unit power again. Contact your Authorized NSK Dealer if the
error does not disappear.
1 24V voltage abnormality
2 12V voltage abnormality
3 Pump current abnormality Check the connection of the Irrigation Pump. If the problem still persists, contact
your Authorized NSK Dealer.
4 Air pressure abnormality Check the incoming air pressure. If the problem still persists, contact your
Authorized NSK Dealer.
5 Heater voltage abnormality Turn on the Control Unit power again. Contact your Authorized NSK Dealer if the
error does not disappear.
6 Heater current abnormality
7 Heater temperature abnormality Check the water circuit and supply water to the Control Unit.
Leave the Control Unit until it cools down before using it.
Contact dealer if the error does not disappear.
8 Foot Control communication abnormality Check the connection of the Foot Control. If the problem still persists, contact your
Authorized NSK Dealer.
9 Ultrasonic Handpiece abnormality Check the connection of the Handpiece. If the problem still persists, contact your
Authorized NSK Dealer.
12 Touch sensor communication abnormality Turn the POWER switch to OFF and then to ON. If the problem still persists, contact
your Authorized NSK Dealer.
