7. Using from a Mobile Device

Open the Web page of this machine.

Log in as the administrator.

Click [View Information].

Click [Network].

Click [Google Cloud Print].

Check [Using Cloud Service].
The use status is displayed. There are three use statuses:
Enable: You can print automatically or manually.
Pause: You can print manually. Set this status if you do not want to print automatically.
Disable: You cannot print. Set this status if you want to suspend the use of Google
Cloud Print or other cases.
• Changing from the Web page
Change the Use of Cloud Service settings from the Web page of this machine.

• Changing from the Operator Panel

Press the scroll button several times to select [Google Cloud Print] and
press the «ENTER» button.

Press the scroll button to select [Google Cloud Print Settings] and press
the «ENTER» button.

Enter the administrator password using the numeric (0-9) keys, and then press
the «ENTER» button.
• The factory default administrator password is "123456". If the administrator password is changed, enter the
updated password.

Press the scroll button to select [Using Cloud Service] and press the
«ENTER» button.

Select the kind of settings, and then press the «ENTER» button.
Deleting the Registered Information
Delete the information about the machine that is registered in Google Cloud Print by
following the procedure below.

Check that the machine is connected to a network.
• If you delete the information with the machine connected to a network, the registration information on the
Google Cloud Print administrator screen is also deleted at the same time.

Press the scroll button several times to select [Google Cloud Print] and
press the «ENTER» button.

Press the scroll button to select [Delete Registered Information] and press
the «ENTER» button.

Enter the administrator password using the numeric (0-9) keys, and then press
the «ENTER» button.
