F1 or F2 is burnt on the PMA-PCB, or +44 V is not supplied from the power supply unit. The head thermister is damaged. The head gap cannot be adjusted automatically. Switching between front/rear path cannot be done. The bail assy cannot work. The ink ribbon cannot be fed. The main LSI does not work normally. No response is returned from the LCD unit. The flash memory is damaged. The checksum of memory flash is incorrect. No response is returned from the flush memory. No program is loaded to the flash memory. Flash memory invalid command is sent from a host. The check on the connection with OKI HSP resulted in NG.
Trouble Shooting
1) Replace the fuse. 2) Replace the power unit. 3) Replace the PMA-PCB. 4) Replace the PDA-PCB. 1) Replace the printer head. 2) Replace the PDA-PCB. 1) Adjust the head gap. 2) Replace the PDA-PCB. 3) Replace the PMA-PCB. 1) Replace the PDA-PCB. 2) Replace the PMA-PCB.
