Print jobs with one-time passwords are not immediately printed when received
by the printer and printing is suspended. (Standard print jobs without one-time
passwords are printed in order.)
To print the suspended print job with that one-time password, the user who has
submitted the one-time password job can enter the one-time password on the
operation panel at a convenient time.
Note
One-time password jobs are automatically deleted when the specied Print
job authentication time (

page 205) elapses.
The le names of one-time password jobs are not displayed on the print job
screen. Furthermore, they are not saved in completed jobs in the Printer and
cannot be reprinted.

Setting procedure with the printer driver
When you are printing from the printer driver, specify one-time passwords with the
authentication sheet.
