5.1 CONTROL CONSOLE
The control of the unit is performed via the con-
sole placed on the front, which consists of a few
indispensable elements:
5.2 STARTING THE UNIT
Attention!
Before starting these units, make sure all
the personnel has read and fully understood
the chapter on SAFETY included in this
manual.
1) Check that valves connecting to the
machine’s system are open.
2)
Check that the tank is completely
lled with water and properly bled of
any air.
Check on the pressure gauge (5) that
the pressure is between 0.5 and 1 bar.
Check that the ambient temperature is
within the limits of the chiller’s technical
data.
3) Check that the master switch (1) is in the
opening position (“I”).
4) Check that the power supply voltage is
correct.
5) Operate the power supply protection device
to supply voltage to the machine.
6) Through the potentiometer provided
adjust the mains water hardness index
(see paragraph entitled “Plant ushing
function”).
7) Keep the key pressed for more than
2 seconds to start the machine and then

frontalmente ed è costituita da pochi ed indispen-
sabili elementi:
5.2 AVVIAMENTO DELL’UNITÀ
Attenzione!
Prima di procedere con l’avviamento di queste
unità, assicurarsi che tutto il personale abbia letto
e capito il capitolo sulla SICUREZZA di questo
manuale.
1) Controllare che le valvole collegamento
all’impianto della macchina siano aperte.
2) Co
ntrollare che il serbato
io sia completamente
riempito d’acqua e correttamente satato
dall’aria.
E’ possibile controllare sul manometro (5)
che la pressione sia compresa tra 0,5 e 1bar.
Controllare che la temperatura ambiente sia
compresa nei limiti indicati sui dati tecnici
del refrigeratore.
3) Controllare che l’interruttore generale (1) sia
nella posizione di apertura (“I”).
4) Controllare che la tensione di alimentazione
sia corretta.
5) Agire sul dispositivo di protezion
e della linea
di alimentazione per dare tensione alla macchina.
6) Regolare con l’apposito potenziom
etro
l’indice di durezza dell’acqua della rete idrica
di
alimentazione (vedi paragrafo “funzione
lavaggi impianto”).
7) Tenere premuto per più di 2 secondi il tasto
per avviare l
a macchina e
