7.2.4 Funzioni
Registrazione ore funzionamento
Il dispositivo registra nella memoria non volatile
le ore di funzionamento di:
· pompa idraulica
· compressori.
La risoluzione interna è in minuti.
La visualizzazione avviene entrando nell’apposito
menu con etichetta Ohr (vedi struttura dei menu).
Per valori inferiori a 999 ore viene visualizza-
to il valore intero, per valori superiori vengono
visualizzate le ore/100 e viene acceso il punto
decimale.
Es. 1234 ore vengono segnalate nel seguente modo:
L’azzeramento delle ore avviene premendo per
2 secondi il tasto DOWN ( ) mentre sono
visualizzate le ore di funzionamento
Nel caso manchi la tensione viene posta a 0
l’ultima frazione di ora registrata, pertanto la
durata viene arrotondata per difetto.
Segnalazione di macchina scarica
In tutti i modi di funzionamento, viene eseguito
un controllo sulla funzionalità della macchina, per
rilevare eventuali perdite nel circuito frigorifero.
La segnalazione è compiuta con codice E44
(vedi tabella allarmi).
Il regolatore è abilitato da Pa A23= 1; inoltre
AI2 (ingressi analogici) deve essere congurata
come ingresso acqua in uscita (Pa H06= 1).
L’allarme diventa attivo se per un tempo conti-
nuativo maggiore di Pa A22 si verica:
· cooling: la differenza di temperatura AI1-AI2
(ingressi analogici) è minore di Pa A20
L’allarme di macchina scarica è sempre a riarmo
manuale.
Il conteggio del tempo sopra citato viene azze-
rato ad ogni cambio di modo e a compressore
spento. Inoltre il conteggio viene escluso per una
durata, a partire dall’accensione del compresso-
re, che può essere impostata tramite Pa A21.
Mancanza di tensione
In caso di mancanza di tensione, al successivo
ripristino il controllo si riporta nella stato prece-
dente alla mancanza di tensione.
7.2.4 Functions
Storage of Operation hours
The operation hours of the following devices is
stored in the system’s non-volatile memory:
· hydraulic pump
· compressors.
The internal resolution is in minutes.
The data can be displayed by accessing the
menu with the Ohr label (see structure of the
menus).
For values lower than 999 hours the whole value
is displayed; for higher values, the hours/100 are
displayed and the decimal point is lit.
Ex. 1234 hours are displayed in the following way:
The reset of the hour count can be performed by
pressing the DOWN ( ) key for 2 seconds
while the operation hours are displayed.
In case the power supply goes off, the last
fraction of hour recorded is set to 0, thus the
duration is rounded off to the lower value.
Machine empty alarm
In all operation modes, a check is performed
on the unit’s operation, in order to detect any
leakages in the refrigerating circuit.
The warning is achieved with code E44
(see alarm table).
The regulator is enabled by Pa A23= 1;
moreover, AI2 (analog inputs) must be congured
as outlet water input (Pa H06= 1).
The alarm goes active if - for a continuous time
longer than Pa A22 - the following occurs:
· cooling: the temperature difference AI1-AI2
(analog inputs) is lower than Pa A20
The machine empty alarm can only be reset
manually.
The hour count mentioned above is zeroed at
each mode change and when the compressor
is switched off. Moreover, the hour count can
remain inactive for a given time delay from the
compressor’s start. Such time delay can be set
with Pa A21.
Power supply missing
In case the power supply goes off, once the
system is restarted the control goes back to the
state preceding the power-off time.
