      The Er12 error on your Oliver Convection Oven indicates that the zone 1/top probe is shorted because the probe is out of range. You should check the probe for a short. It should be greater than 90 ohms.

      If the door won't close on your Oliver Convection Oven, slamming the door too hard can cause it to bounce off of the seals, so close the door gently. Also, sometimes after replacement of the door seals the strike may need to be reshimmed, so order shim kit number 690-0148K and reshim.
