Functions Available on the Telephone
Internal Functions
The handset is provided with internal functions which are available for use even without a
PABX system� To use the internal functions, however, at least one further handset must be
registered on the base station�
Put on Hold
While a call is in progress, you can put the call on hold in order to contact another handset�
The rst caller is put on hold for the period you call the second contact.
1 While a call is in progress, press the key�
2 Use the keypad to enter the number of the handset you require�
3 Press the key of the second handset to answer�
4 Press the key to end the intercom call to the handset and return to the rst caller.
Call Forwarding
You can forward a call in progress to another handset registered to the same base station�
1 While a call is in progress, press the key�
2 Use the keypad to enter the number of the handset you require�
3 Press the key of the second handset to answer�
4 Press the key to forward the call to the handset selected�
Conference Facility
You can set-up a conference with an additional handset� A second handset registered to the
same base station is integrated in your call to an external caller�
1 While a call is in progress, press the key�
2 Use the keypad to enter the number of the handset you require�
3 Press the key of the second handset to answer�
4 Press the key of the initial handset to start the conference�
