Intended Use
The DECT 5000 cordless telephone is suitable for telephoning within a public telephone
network system. Any other use is considered unintended use. Unauthorised modication or
reconstruction is not permitted� Only use the phone indoors�
Checking the Package Contents
Check the package contents of your phone before putting it into operation� The following are
enclosed with the phone supplied:
■ DECT 5000 cordless telephone (handset)
■ Charging cradle (base station)
■ Power adapter plug (input 100 - 240 VAC, 50 - 60 Hz, 150 mA; output 6 VDC, 500 mA)
■ 2 x rechargeable batteries (AAA cell, 1�2 V)
■ Telephone cable (modular plug, RJ-11)
■ Operating manual
