}To align the eyepiece cross lines and the vibration direction, the
orientation plate provided with the U-CPA or U-OPA is required.
Orientation plate (U-PJ: Single module name)
Remove the test plate adapter and the compensator from the
light path.
1. Swing out the top lens of the condenser.
2. Place the orientation plate on the stage. Remove the analyzer from the
light path, and use the 4X objective to focus.
