Enlarging an Image
Enlarging an Image on the Display
Enlarging and Sliding
1 Set the mode dial to PLAY ( ).
The camera enters PLAY mode, and the
monitor displays the last image that you
took.
2 Use the arrow pad to select the image that
you want to enlarge.
You can select images using either full-size
display or index display (p.64).
3 Push the zoom lever to T ( ) one or more
times.
Each time you push the lever to T, the image
enlarges another step: to 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x, or
3x.
4 Now use the arrow pad to slide (crop)
the enlarged image as necessary so that
the desired area appears on the monitor.
5 Push the zoom lever to W ( ).
Each push reduces the enlargement one
step.
Note that you cannot select a different
image until you return the current image to
its original size.
