  Your Olympus Digital Camera might not turn on because the batteries are exhausted, so replace them with new ones. Also, make sure the mode dial is not set to OFF. If the batteries are loaded incorrectly, reload them correctly. If the batteries are temporarily unable to function, warm them before use. Note that the camera will not operate while connected to a personal computer, or if it is in sleep mode, so operate the camera to exit sleep mode.
