5 Menu operations and functions
Inputting a title
The following are the two methods that can be used to input a title.
• Input text from the on-screen keyboard
• Select a preset title
Input text from the on-screen keyboard

1 Select the input mode and then press the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
2 Select the buttons of the characters you want and then press the [MEAS/EN-
TER] joystick.
The characters you input appear in the title input box. Edit the text as required.
● To delete characters

To delete a single character, move the cursor to it, select [DELETE], and then press the
[MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
●
To delete all input characters, select [CLEAR] and then press the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
● To input a space
Move the cursor to the location where you want to input the space, select [SPACE], and then
press the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
3 Select [EXECUTE] and then press the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
This displays the title you input on the LCD monitor.

Sets the screen in monocular view or binocular view
Sets the display mode of the live image to either the monocu-
lar view type or the binocular view type.
MONOCULAR IMAGE* : Displays the image in monocular view
(one screen)
BINOCULAR IMAGE : Displays the image in binocular view
(two screens)
This setting is reflected to RX (stereo measurement function) only.
See "Observing measurement area" (P. 60). for details of the
display mode.
