CAUTION
Olympus is not liable for any injury or damage that
occurs as a result of repairs attempted by non-Olympus
personnel.
When returning the monitor for repair, contact Olympus.
With the monitor, include a description of the
malfunction or damage and the name and telephone
number of the individual at your location who is most
familiar with the problem.
Black bars appear at the
upper and lower positions
of the display.
When the signal aspect ratio is different from that of the panel,
black bars appear. This is not a failure of the unit.
The fan error indication
appears.
The fan does not turn. Turn the monitor off and contact Olympus.
