DISASSEMBLING/ASSEMBLING PROCEDURE
Disassembling
1. Remove the S-ring from the K-connector
with a spanner.
2. Remove the screw CCUK4x6SZ (4 pcs.)
which secure the K-connector unit.
Assembling
1. Secure the K-connector unit with the screw
CCUK4x6SZ (4 pcs.).
2. Fix the S-ring temporarily to the K-
connector unit.
Fix the S-ring after mounting the
electric pneumatic ratio valve.
3. Connect the harness to the UPUH15U J2.
Disassembling
1. Remove the S-ring from the 1st pressure
reducing unit with a spanner.
2. Remove the screw CCUK4x8SZ (4 pcs.)
which secure the 1st pressure reducing
unit.
Assembling
1. Secure the 1st pressure reducing unit with
the screw CCUK4x8SZ (4 pcs.).
2. Fix the S-ring temporarily to the 1st
pressure reducing unit.
3. Fix the S-ring completely to the 1st
pressure reducing unit.
4. Connect the tube from the electric
pneumatic unit.
