Per garantire l'efficienza della macchina e per il suo
corretto funzionamento è indispensabile attenersi alle
istruzioni sotto riportate.
Ad ogni utilizzo
Mantenere pulita la pressa e tutti i suoi componenti.
Prima di azionare la macchina verificare lo stato generale
della stessa controllando l’integrità delle tubazioni e
l’assenza di perdite di olio idraulico.
Ogni 3 mesi
Controllare l’efficienza del serraggio dei tasselli di
fissaggio che collegano la pressa al pavimento.
Ogni 5 anni
Effettuare il cambio dell'olio nel serbatoio della pompa
oleodinamica. Utilizzare esclusivamente olio idraulico
"AGIP ACER 22" o equivalenti.
Quantità di olio necessaria: 4,5 lt
L'operazione di cambio dell'olio deve essere effettuata
con lo stelo completamente rientrato nel cilindro:
dopo aver predisposto un recipiente per la raccolta
dell'olio usato, svuotare il serbatoio aspirando l'olio dal
tappo di carico (4 TAV. 12) utilizzando una pompa di
aspirazione.
Sostituire il filtro di aspirazione posto all’interno della
pompa oleodinamica (36 TAV. 16); smontare il serbatoio
della pompa e sostituire il filtro usurato con il filtro nuovo.
Rimontare il serbatoio nella propria sede.
Immettere successivamente l'olio pulito, nella quantità
sopra indicata dal tappo di carico (4 TAV. 12). Dopo il
cambio dell'olio effettuare due o tre corse in discesa e
salita dello stelo del cilindro e controllare nuovamente il
livello dell'olio nel serbatoio, eventualmente rabboccare.
L'olio usato una volta rimosso deve essere riposto
negli appositi punti di raccolta e smaltito secondo la
normativa vigente nel paese di utilizzo: non
disperderlo nell'ambiente!
To ensure that the machine operates correctly and
efficiently, follow the instructions below.
Every time you use it
Keep appliance and components clean.
Before starting up the machine, check its overall state by
making sure that the piping is intact and without hydraulic
oil leaks.
Every 3 months
Check that the anchors bolting the press to the floor are
tightened securely.
Every 5 years
Change the oil in the hydraulic pump tank and use only
hydraulic oil type
"AGIP ACER 22" or similar.
Quantity of necessary oil:4,5 lt
Oil must be changed when the shaft has completely
returned into the cylinder:
after having provided a container for collecting the used
oil, empty the tank by sucking the oil from the filler cap
(4 FIG. 12) using a suction pump.
Replace the suction filter located inside the hydraulic
pump (36 FIG.16); disassemble the pump tank and
replace the used filter with the new one. Put the tank
back in place.
Next fill with clean oil in the indicated quantity through
the filler cap (4 FIG. 12). After changing the oil carry out
two or three empty lowering and lifting runs of the
cylinder shaft and check the oil level in the tank again,
topping up if necessary.
The used oil, once removed, must be taken to the
special collection points and disposed of according
to the regulations in force in the country of use: do
not pollute the environment with it!
