PERIODIC TESTS REPORT
The purpose of this report is to record the operations carried out during the periodic check of the equipment.
Compilation is the responsibility of the authorized personnel making the check.
TESTING AND CONTROL OPERATIONS
Check on correct cylinder shaft lowering function.
Check on correct cylinder shaft lifting function.
Check on the correct warning of the max. valve
Check on visible defect deformation: breaks, incipient e wears sign
Check on physical condition of work bench pins and fitting holes
Check physical status and wear raising cables
Check for oil inside the hydraulic pump
Check that the hydraulic pipes are in good condition and function properly
Check on the correct working of the support devices
Check on the correspondence of the EC data plates with the declaration of conformity
Check that the manometer works properly

Check on the position of the adhesive labels
Your attention is drawn to the importance of the check to be made on your
equipment periodically. Periodic checks and inspections must always be
conducted by specialised OMCN S.p.A. personnel or our specifically
trained personnel.

Periodical controls have the aim of ensuring good working condition and perfect efficiency for security purposes of the present machine, such
controls must be carried out and registered by personnel qualified in a specific manner to carry out the said task.
It is compulsory to carry out all of the following controls described with at least three months frequency (every 3 months), taking into account
obbligations to health and safety matters in the workplace and in the country in which the machine is being used.
Furthermore every time that exceptional events intervene that could have consequences for the security of the machine, of which for example
repairs, incidents or prolonged periods of inactivity it is still compulsory to carry out an extraordinary control.
