 Format
open [IP_address or host_name_of_FTP_server]
 Function
Connects the FTP server. Normally when the FTP client is booted, the FTP server IP address is
specified to execute this command automatically.
 Format
user [user_name]
 Function
• Specifies the user name. Specify the FTP login name set in the EtherNet/IP Unit system setup.
 Format
ls [-l] [remote_file_name [local_file_name]]
 Function
• Displays the names of files on the remote host (on the SD Memory Card).
• Set the switch [-l] to display not only the file names but the creation dates and sizes as well. If the
switch is not set, only the file names are displayed.
• Specify a file on the SD Memory Card for the remote file name.
• If a local file name is specified, the file information is stored in the specified file.
 Format
dir [remote_file_name [local_file_name]]
 Function
• Displays the names, creation dates, and sizes of files on the remote host (on the SD Memory
Card).
• It displays the same information as command [ls -l].
• Specify a file on the SD Memory Card for the remote file name.
• If a local file name is specified, the file information is stored in the specified file.
