Various Ways to Play CDs and MDs
Different playback modes are available in addition to normal playback. These modes are also
available for CD dubbing.
You can select and store track numbers (up to 25) in a desired playback order.
By combining this function with the CD dubbing function, you can easily create an MD of your favorite recordings.
(You cannot combine this function with the CD double-speed dubbing function.)
•You can execute this function only when the input source is CD or MD and the unit is stopped.
To select a track number in memory:
Turn MULTI JOG or press / on the remote con-
troller repeatedly during Memory playback.
To check the track numbers in memory:
Press / on the remote controller while the CD/
MD is stopped.
To erase a track number from memory:
While in Memory playback mode, and the CD/MD is
stopped, press EDIT/NO/CLEAR or CLEAR on the
remote controller. Each press erases the last track
number stored in memory.
If you change the playback mode, all data stored for
Memory playback will be erased.
When you eject the disc, all programmed data will
be erased.
