To turn off Zone 2, press the [ZONE 2] button,
followed by the [
] button.
Adjusting the Volume of Zone 2
Press the receiver’s [ZONE 2] button, and then use the
[VOLUME] control, or remote controller’s [ZONE 2]
button, and then use the VOLUME []/[] buttons.
Muting Zone 2
On the remote controller, press the [ZONE 2]
button, and then press the [MUTING] button.
To unmute Zone 2, press the remote controller’s
[ZONE 2] button, and then press the [MUTING] button
again.
Notes:
• Zone 2 can also be unmuted by adjusting the volume.
• The Zone 2 level, balance, and tone functions have no
effect on the ZONE 2 PRE OUT when the Zone 2 Out
setting is set to Fixed ( page 42).
• To control the volume and mute of the receiver in the
main room, press the remote controller's [MAIN]
button and then perform the desired operation.
Checking the Source Selected for Zone 2
Press the [ZONE 2] button on the receiver itself.
The display will show the name of the selected source.
