and Support
If you are experiencing difficulties with
your mobile phone, please go through
the following troubleshoots:
The Mobile Phone will not
power on
Ensure the battery is inserted
correctly.
Ensure you have removed the
battery sticker from the gold
connection pins.
Ensure you are pressing and
holding the power button for 5
seconds to turn on the phone.
Ensure you have charged the
phone for at least 10 minutes.
