CAUTION
1) Do not use synthetic detergents or oil-based soaps.
2) Make certain that the probe’s console connector is completely dry
before using it; any humidity present may compromise the freezing
efficiency.
3).Make certain that the thermocouple connector is completely dry in order
to avoid false temperature readings.
