Troubleshooting Techniques
If you are having trouble with the device, here are a few
troubleshooting tips:
1. If the device is not responsive, disconnect and reconnect
it. Make sure that the device aligns well with the USB slot of
your PC.
2. If disconnecting and reconnecting the device does not
solve the issue, try restoring the device to its default factory
settings.
Restore Factory Settings
If you are uncertain of the Wi-Fi settings you have congured
or modied, perform any one of the options to restore the
factory defaults. This can be done by two methods: the Device
Management Website or the Manual Reset Button.
Device Management Website
1. Log in to the WebUI and navigate to Management > Reboot
& Reset.
2. Click the Reset button.
Manual Reset
1. Keep the device connected to your PC, it needs power for
the next step.
2. Push the back cover to open the device.
3. Locate the Reset pinhole and insert a pin into it to depress
the Reset button. Hold this depressed for 5 seconds.
4. Observe the LED indicator on your device as it resets and
reboots for a fresh out of box experience.
