Q&A
Q1. What to do if there is no service?
The possible reasons for this issue can be an unstable local signal
or a hardware problem. You can try the following solutions:
1. If you are inside a building or near a structure that may be
blocking the signal, change the position or location of the
device. For example, try moving close to a window.
2. Check that you have an active SIM card and that it is
properly inserted in the SIM card slot and locked.
Q2. What do I do if the red LED is blinking?
You have no network coverage. Try moving your location until you
get good reception.
Q3. What to do if I forget the Username or Password?
You can nd the Username and Password on the sticker inside the
back cover.
You can also reset the device to factory defaults by pressing the
Reset button for 5 seconds. The default username is “admin”.
Q4. The modem cannot connect to the internet when overseas.
1. Check if mobile data roaming is enabled in the Web UI
settings under Internet > Mobile Connections.
2. Make sure you have international roaming enabled on your
plan. You can contact your service provider before going
overseas to facilitate roaming.
