TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem:
Set temperature is 10°F above (in cool mode) or 10°F below (in heat mode) desired temperature
Solution: Check baeries. Replace if necessary (see “Replacing the Baeries,” page 31).
Problem: System turns on too frequently
Solution:
The Orbit Clear Comfort™ Pro thermostat uses smart logic to turn on once every cycle period
to maximize comfort and temperature stability. To adjust the cycle period, see “Minimum Cycle
Period Adjustment,” page 18.
Problem: Display is blank/Low Baery Indicator on
Solution:
1. Replace baeries (see “Replacing the Baeries,” page 31).
2. Check for loose or crossed wiring in thermostat wiring terminal.
