76. ENABLE AFTER LOCK OF A SYNC SOURCE
This delay starts upon the selection of a valid synchronization source (if no synchronization
source was selected before). The synchronization signals (1PPS, 10MHz) are distributed
once this delay has elapsed. Unity: second.
