The bag might be too small for the product volume. Check if the bag is perforated; if so, use a thicker bag and wrap the product. If the sealing is insufficient, increase the sealing time. If the bag is defective or dirty, use a new, clean bag. Also, the bag size should be suitable for the product dimensions.

      Check if the sealing bar connection is dirty and clean the contacts with contact-spray. Also, if you are using gas, make sure the gas quantity is not more than 60% - reduce gas percentage if needed. Check the PF2 fuse on the power board and change it if blown. If you are using a seal bag, check if it is perforated and change it if needed.
